IIBA Fees (International Institute of Business Analysis)
Membership: US$55/year - 3887.20

  • CBAP® (Certified Business Analysis Professional) - $450 - 31804.33
    Application fee: $125 - 8834.54
    Exam Fee: $325 - 22969.80
    • Prerequisites:
      Complete a minimum of 7,500 hours of Business Analysis Work experience in the last 10 years.
      Within this experience, a minimum of 900 hours completed in 4 of the 6 BABOK® Guide Knowledge Areas, for a total of at least 3,600 of the required 7,500 total.
      Complete a minimum of 35 hours of Professional Development in the last 4 years.
      Provide two references.

      • The CBAP exam consists of 120 multiple choice questions and must be completed within 3.5 hours. Formulated from the BABOK® Guide, exam questions are both scenario and case study-based.
      • This is a computer-based exam taken at a Prometric test center. To be admitted to the exam, your IIBA Profile Name must match your government identification.

  • IIBA®AAC - Agile Analysis Certification:
    Exam Fee: $250 - 17669.08
    IIBA®-AAC certification strengthens your skills and expertise, focusing on applying an agile perspective within a business analysis framework.
    As an Agile Analyst, you will learn how agile intersects and interacts with business analysis. This certification is for:
    1. BA professionals who work in agile environments
    2. Augmenting your business analysis skill set and expertise
    3. Staying up-to-date on best practices and industry trends
    In the digital economy, success is defined by sensing and responding rapidly to market demands.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)®

    Prerequisites

    7,500 hours leading and directing projects

  • Program Management Professional (PgMP)®
    Member: US$800.00
    Prerequisites:
    Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent)
    6,000 hours of project management experience
    10,500 hours of program management experience

    6,000 hours of program management experience


  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®
    Member: US$225.00
    Prerequisites:
    Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent)
    1,500 hours of project experience
    OR
    23 hours of project management education completed by the time you sit for the exam. Our Project Management Basics online course fulfills this educational prerequisite.


  • PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)®

  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®
    Member: US$435.00
    Prerequisites:
    2,000 hours of general project experience working on teams. A current PMP® or PgMP® will satisfy this requirement but is not required to apply for the PMI-ACP.
    1,500 hours working on agile project teams or with agile methodologies. This requirement is in addition to the 2,000 hours of general project experience.
    21 contact hours of training in agile practices.
